Course Structure:

The Site Trainer Assessor – TAE40122 Course includes two key competencies, essential for anyone stepping into a site-based Trainer/Assessor role.

These TWO units will be delivered as stand-alone units (not a skillset):

  1. TAEDEL311 – Provide work skill instruction: Enhance your ability to deliver clear and effective work skill instructions, boosting workplace performance and operational success.
  2. TAEASS412 – Assess competence: Develop the ability to assess and verify competencies accurately in workplace settings, making sure your team meets required standards.
