Confined Spaces and Gas Test Course Overview:
Over the 8-hour course, you will achieve the following two competencies:
- RIIWHS202E – Enter and work in confined spaces: First, master procedures for safely entering and working in confined spaces, which are crucial for maintaining safety standards.
- MSMWHS217 – Gas test atmospheres: Next, you’ll learn how to test and monitor gases, ensuring a safe workplace.
Confined Spaces and Gas Test Certification:
Upon successful completion, you will receive a Statement of Attainment.
This certification is widely recognised across various high-risk industries and is essential for workers in safety-sensitive environments, including mining and utilities.

Training is provided at the Down Under Training facility, located in Nexus Business Park, Paget, Mackay.
